महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-193, verse-21

क्रूरस्य स्वपतस्तस्य वालुकान्तर्हितस्य वै ।
संवत्सरस्य पर्यन्ते निःश्वासः संप्रवर्तते ।
यदा तदा भूश्चलति सशैलवनकानना ॥२१॥
21. krūrasya svapatastasya vālukāntarhitasya vai ,
saṁvatsarasya paryante niḥśvāsaḥ saṁpravartate ,
yadā tadā bhūścalati saśailavanakānanā.
21. krūrasya svapatas tasya vālukāntarhitasya
vai saṃvatsarasya paryante
niḥśvāsaḥ saṃpravartate yadā
tadā bhūḥ calati saśailavanakānanā
21. Indeed, at the end of a year, that cruel one, sleeping and hidden in the sand, exhales a breath (niḥśvāsa). Whenever that happens, the earth, along with its mountains, forests, and groves, trembles.
