महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-192, verse-24

यदि मे भगवान्प्रीतः पुण्डरीकनिभेक्षणः ।
धर्मे सत्ये दमे चैव बुद्धिर्भवतु मे सदा ।
अभ्यासश्च भवेद्भक्त्या त्वयि नित्यं महेश्वर ॥२४॥
24. yadi me bhagavānprītaḥ puṇḍarīkanibhekṣaṇaḥ ,
dharme satye dame caiva buddhirbhavatu me sadā ,
abhyāsaśca bhavedbhaktyā tvayi nityaṁ maheśvara.

dharme satye dame ca eva
buddhiḥ bhavatu me sadā abhyāsaḥ ca
bhavet bhaktyā tvayi nityam maheśvara
24. O lotus-eyed Lord, if You are pleased with me, then may my intellect always be directed towards righteousness (dharma), truth, and self-control. And O great Lord, may there always be constant practice through devotion (bhakti) in You.
