महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-184, verse-24

शाखां शाखां महानद्यः संयान्ति सिकतासमाः ।
धानापूपा मांसशाकाः सदा पायसकर्दमाः ॥२४॥
24. śākhāṁ śākhāṁ mahānadyaḥ saṁyānti sikatāsamāḥ ,
dhānāpūpā māṁsaśākāḥ sadā pāyasakardamāḥ.
