महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-7, verse-8

तथा देवर्षयः सर्वे पार्थ शक्रमुपासते ।
अमला धूतपाप्मानो दीप्यमाना इवाग्नयः ।
तेजस्विनः सोमयुजो विपापा विगतक्लमाः ॥८॥
8. tathā devarṣayaḥ sarve pārtha śakramupāsate ,
amalā dhūtapāpmāno dīpyamānā ivāgnayaḥ ,
tejasvinaḥ somayujo vipāpā vigataklamāḥ.

8. O Pārtha, all the divine sages similarly worship Indra. They are pure, cleansed of their sins, and shine like fires. They are glorious, associated with the Soma (yajña), free from sin, and devoid of weariness.
