महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-7, verse-22

स्तुतिभिर्मङ्गलैश्चैव स्तुवन्तः कर्मभिस्तथा ।
विक्रमैश्च महात्मानं बलवृत्रनिषूदनम् ॥२२॥
22. stutibhirmaṅgalaiścaiva stuvantaḥ karmabhistathā ,
vikramaiśca mahātmānaṁ balavṛtraniṣūdanam.
22. stutibhiḥ maṅgalaiḥ ca eva stuvantaḥ karmabhiḥ
tathā vikramaiḥ ca mahātmānam balavṛtraniṣūdanam
22. Praising the great-souled one (mahātman) and the annihilator of Bala and Vṛtra, they did so with hymns, auspicious utterances, noble deeds (karma), and valor.
