महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-40, verse-18

तद्दृष्ट्वा व्यथिता त्रस्ता वरं कृष्णमयाचत ।
ददस्व मे वरं कृष्ण भयार्ताया महाभुज ॥१८॥
18. taddṛṣṭvā vyathitā trastā varaṁ kṛṣṇamayācata ,
dadasva me varaṁ kṛṣṇa bhayārtāyā mahābhuja.
18. tat dṛṣṭvā vyathitā trastā varam kṛṣṇam ayācata
dadasva me varam kṛṣṇa bhayārtāyā mahābhuja
18. Seeing that, agitated and terrified, she requested a boon from Kṛṣṇa. (She said), "O mighty-armed Kṛṣṇa, grant a boon to me who am afflicted by fear."
