महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-15, chapter-29, verse-22

यश्च पौरजनः कश्चिद्द्रष्टुमिच्छति पार्थिवम् ।
अनावृतः सुविहितः स च यातु सुरक्षितः ॥२२॥
22. yaśca paurajanaḥ kaściddraṣṭumicchati pārthivam ,
anāvṛtaḥ suvihitaḥ sa ca yātu surakṣitaḥ.

anāvṛtaḥ suvihitaḥ saḥ ca yātu surakṣitaḥ

22. And any citizen who wishes to see the king, let him proceed unimpeded, well-prepared, and protected.
