महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-94, verse-1

जनमेजय उवाच ।
यज्ञे सक्ता नृपतयस्तपःसक्ता महर्षयः ।
शान्तिव्यवसिता विप्राः शमो दम इति प्रभो ॥१॥
1. janamejaya uvāca ,
yajñe saktā nṛpatayastapaḥsaktā maharṣayaḥ ,
śāntivyavasitā viprāḥ śamo dama iti prabho.
