महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-71, verse-21

तत्तु सर्वं यथान्यायमुक्तं कुरुकुलोद्वहः ।
चकार फल्गुनं चापि संदिदेश हयं प्रति ॥२१॥

21. tattu sarvaṁ yathānyāyamuktaṁ kurukulodvahaḥ ,
cakāra phalgunaṁ cāpi saṁdideśa hayaṁ prati.

21. O upholder of the Kuru lineage, he carried out all that was properly stated; and he also gave instructions to Phalguna concerning the horse.
