महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-311, verse-23

बृहस्पतिं तु वव्रे स वेदवेदाङ्गभाष्यवित् ।
उपाध्यायं महाराज धर्ममेवानुचिन्तयन् ॥२३॥
23. bṛhaspatiṁ tu vavre sa vedavedāṅgabhāṣyavit ,
upādhyāyaṁ mahārāja dharmamevānucintayan.

23. O great king, he, being an expert in the Vedas, Vedangas, and their commentaries, chose Brihaspati as his teacher, constantly reflecting on the natural law (dharma).
