महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-223, verse-5

न चारित्रनिमित्तोऽस्याहंकारो देहपातनः ।
अभिन्नश्रुतचारित्रस्तस्मात्सर्वत्र पूजितः ॥५॥
5. na cāritranimitto'syāhaṁkāro dehapātanaḥ ,
abhinnaśrutacāritrastasmātsarvatra pūjitaḥ.
