उग्रसेन उवाच ।
पश्य संकल्पते लोको नारदस्य प्रकीर्तने ।
मन्ये स गुणसंपन्नो ब्रूहि तन्मम पृच्छतः ॥३॥

Ugrasena said: "Look, people are intently focused when Nārada is being praised. I believe he is endowed with good qualities. Please tell me that (about him), as I am asking."
