25. gaṇamukhyaistu saṁbhūya kāryaṁ gaṇahitaṁ mithaḥ ,

arthāḥ pratyavasīdanti tathānarthā bhavanti ca.

25.
The chiefs of a corporation, having assembled, should mutually strive for the welfare of the corporation. Otherwise, if the corporation is divided and its members hold differing opinions, then their prosperity declines, and misfortunes arise.
