क्रोधो भेदो भयो दण्डः कर्शनं निग्रहो वधः ।
नयन्त्यरिवशं सद्यो गणान्भरतसत्तम ॥२२॥

22. O best of Bharatas, anger, dissension, fear, punishment, harassment, suppression, and destruction quickly lead groups to fall under the sway of their enemies.
