महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-77, verse-7

ऋतुकालश्च संप्राप्तो न च मेऽस्ति पतिर्वृतः ।
किं प्राप्तं किं नु कर्तव्यं किं वा कृत्वा कृतं भवेत् ॥७॥
7. ṛtukālaśca saṁprāpto na ca me'sti patirvṛtaḥ ,
kiṁ prāptaṁ kiṁ nu kartavyaṁ kiṁ vā kṛtvā kṛtaṁ bhavet.
7. ṛtukālaḥ ca samprāptaḥ na ca me asti patiḥ vṛtaḥ kim
prāptam kim nu kartavyam kim vā kṛtvā kṛtam bhavet
7. My fertile season has arrived, yet I have no chosen husband. What state have I reached? What indeed should be done? Or what action, if performed, would truly be accomplished?
