महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-72, verse-4

एवं ज्ञात्वा विजानीहि यद्ब्रवीमि तपोधन ।
व्रतस्थे नियमोपेते यथा वर्ताम्यहं त्वयि ॥४॥

4. evaṁ jñātvā vijānīhi yadbravīmi tapodhana ,
vratasthe niyamopete yathā vartāmyahaṁ tvayi.

4. Therefore, O ascetic, having understood this, know what I tell you regarding how I behave towards you, who are steadfast in vows and devoted to observances.

4. הו בעל העוצמה הרוחנית, דע זאת והבן את מה שאני אומרת לך, כיצד נהגתי אליך כשעמדת בנדרך ושמרת על כללי ההתנהגות.
