महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-5, verse-11

सूत उवाच ।
भृगोः सुदयिता भार्या पुलोमेत्यभिविश्रुता ।
तस्यां गर्भः समभवद्भृगोर्वीर्यसमुद्भवः ॥११॥
11. sūta uvāca ,
bhṛgoḥ sudayitā bhāryā pulometyabhiviśrutā ,
tasyāṁ garbhaḥ samabhavadbhṛgorvīryasamudbhavaḥ.
11. sūtaḥ uvāca bhṛgoḥ sudayitā bhāryā pulomā iti abhiviśrutā
tasyāṃ garbhaḥ samabhavat bhṛgoḥ vīryasamudbhavaḥ
11. Sūta said, "Bhṛgu had a very beloved wife, who was well-known by the name Puloma. In her, a child was conceived, born from Bhṛgu's potency."
