महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-141, verse-19

निगृह्य तं बलाद्भीमो विस्फुरन्तं चकर्ष ह ।
तस्माद्देशाद्धनूंष्यष्टौ सिंहः क्षुद्रमृगं यथा ॥१९॥
19. nigṛhya taṁ balādbhīmo visphurantaṁ cakarṣa ha ,
tasmāddeśāddhanūṁṣyaṣṭau siṁhaḥ kṣudramṛgaṁ yathā.
19. nigṛhya tam balāt bhīmaḥ visphurantam cakarṣa ha |
tasmāt deśāt dhanūṃṣi aṣṭau siṃhaḥ kṣudramṛgam yathā
19. Having seized him by force, Bhīma dragged the struggling (demon) a distance of eight bows from that place, just as a lion drags a small deer.
