महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-121, verse-22

वैशंपायन उवाच ।
तथेत्युक्त्वा ततस्तस्मै प्रादादस्त्राणि भार्गवः ।
सरहस्यव्रतं चैव धनुर्वेदमशेषतः ॥२२॥
22. vaiśaṁpāyana uvāca ,
tathetyuktvā tatastasmai prādādastrāṇi bhārgavaḥ ,
sarahasyavrataṁ caiva dhanurvedamaśeṣataḥ.
22. vaiśampāyanaḥ uvāca | tathā iti
uktvā tataḥ tasmai prādāt
astrāṇi bhārgavaḥ | sa-rahasya-vratam
ca eva dhanurvedam aśeṣataḥ
22. Vaiśampāyana said: "Having agreed, Bhārgava (Paraśurāma) then imparted to him (Droṇa) the complete science of archery (Dhanurveda), along with its secret vows and weapons."
