भगवद्गीता       bhagavad-gītā - chapter-6, verse-16

नात्यश्नतस्तु योगोऽस्ति न चैकान्तमनश्नतः ।
न चातिस्वप्नशीलस्य जाग्रतो नैव चार्जुन ॥१६॥
16. nātyaśnatastu yogo'sti na caikāntamanaśnataḥ ,
na cātisvapnaśīlasya jāgrato naiva cārjuna.
16. na ati aśnataḥ tu yogaḥ asti na ca ekāntaṃ anaśnataḥ
na ca atisvapnaśīlasya jāgrataḥ na eva ca arjuna

16. O Arjuna, certainly, yoga (yoga) is not for one who eats too much, nor for one who abstains from food entirely. It is also not for one who sleeps excessively, nor for one who remains excessively awake.
