योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-9, verse-24

एते राघव लीयेते अवाप्यं परिशिष्यते ।
अविद्यासंक्षयात्क्षीणो विद्यापक्षोऽपि राघव ॥ २४ ॥
ete rāghava līyete avāpyaṃ pariśiṣyate ,
avidyāsaṃkṣayātkṣīṇo vidyāpakṣo'pi rāghava 24

avidyāsaṃkṣayāt kṣīṇaḥ vidyāpakṣaḥ api rāghava

avāpyam pariśiṣyate.
rāghava avidyāsaṃkṣayāt vidyāpakṣaḥ api kṣīṇaḥ.
24. O Rāghava, these two (notions, i.e., vidyā and avidyā) dissolve, and only that which is to be attained (avāpya) remains. With the complete destruction of ignorance (avidyā-saṃkṣaya), O Rāghava, even the aspect of knowledge (vidyā-pakṣa) itself is diminished.
