उक्त्या संपद्यते यच्च तल्लयेन विलीयते ।
ब्रह्मैवेदं विकारादि विकाराद्यर्थवर्जितम् ॥ २८ ॥

Whatever comes into being through verbalization (uktyā) subsequently dissolves through reabsorption (laya). This entire realm of modifications (vikāra) and their origins is truly (brahman) itself, devoid of the intrinsic meaning of these transformations.
