योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-35, verse-16

देवेशो देवभृद्धाता देवदेवो दिवः पतिः ।
महाचितः समुल्लासं मुह्यन्तीव न केचन ॥ १६ ॥
