When [something] is established (sthitam) immediately (sapadi) by an agitated (udbhūtena) and unpacified (apraśāntena) mind (cetasā), then there is no end to delusion (mohāntaḥ) here (iha) until final liberation (mokṣa). And this (idam) [perceived reality] is not that which is a non-entity (avastu).
