योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-93, verse-15

ततः कर्मरज्जुभिर्वासनावलिताभिर्बद्धशरीरा
भ्रमन्तः प्रोत्पतन्ति च ॥ १५ ॥
tataḥ karmarajjubhirvāsanāvalitābhirbaddhaśarīrā
bhramantaḥ protpatanti ca 15

baddha-śarīrāḥ bhramantaḥ protpatanti ca

15. Consequently, their bodies are bound by the ropes of action (karma), which are themselves entwined with latent impressions (vāsanā). Thus, they wander and soar.
