योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-93, verse-17

काश्चिज्जनसहस्रान्ताः पतन्ति वनपर्णवत् ।
कर्मवात्या परिभ्रान्ता लुठन्ति गिरिकुक्षिषु ॥ १७ ॥
kāścijjanasahasrāntāḥ patanti vanaparṇavat ,
karmavātyā paribhrāntā luṭhanti girikukṣiṣu 17

karma-vātyā paribhrāntāḥ luṭhanti giri-kukṣiṣu ||

17. Some beings, whose journey spans thousands of existences, fall like leaves in a forest. Whirled about by the tempest of (karma) actions, they roll within the hollows of mountains.
