वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-2, verse-22

भगवंस्तनयां मे त्वं गुणैः स्वैरेव भूषिताम् ।
भिक्षां प्रतिगृहाणेमां महर्षे स्वयमुद्यताम् ॥२२॥
22. bhagavaṃstanayāṃ me tvaṃ guṇaiḥ svaireva bhūṣitām ,
bhikṣāṃ pratigṛhāṇemāṃ maharṣe svayamudyatām.
22. bhagavan tanayām me tvam guṇaiḥ svaiḥ eva bhūṣitām
bhikṣām pratigṛhāṇa imām maharṣe svayam udyatām
22. O revered one, O great sage, please accept this daughter of mine, adorned by her own virtues, as an offering (bhikṣā), who has herself come forward.
