वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-6, chapter-12, verse-8

स सुग्रीवस्य तद्वाक्यं रामः श्रुत्वा विमृश्य च ।
ततः शुभतरं वाक्यमुवाच हरिपुंगवम् ॥८॥
8. sa sugrīvasya tadvākyaṃ rāmaḥ śrutvā vimṛśya ca ,
tataḥ śubhataraṃ vākyamuvāca haripuṃgavam.

ca tataḥ śubhataram vākyam uvāca haripuṅgavam
8. Having heard and carefully considered Sugrīva's words, Rāma then spoke a more auspicious statement to the foremost of monkeys.
