वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-4, chapter-34, verse-11

सत्त्वयुक्ता हि पुरुषास्त्वद्विधाः पुरुषर्षभ ।
अविमृश्य न रोषस्य सहसा यान्ति वश्यताम् ॥११॥
11. sattvayuktā hi puruṣāstvadvidhāḥ puruṣarṣabha ,
avimṛśya na roṣasya sahasā yānti vaśyatām.

11. Indeed, O best among men, individuals like you, endowed with an intrinsic nature (sattva) of goodness and resolve, do not hastily succumb to the sway of anger without careful deliberation.
