कुरु प्रणामं धर्मात्मंस्तान् समुद्दिश्य राघवः ।
लक्ष्मणेन सह भ्रात्रा प्रयतः संयताञ्जलिः ॥२३॥
23. kuru praṇāmaṃ dharmātmaṃstān samuddiśya rāghavaḥ ,
lakṣmaṇena saha bhrātrā prayataḥ saṃyatāñjaliḥ.

23. “O righteous soul (dharma-ātman), offer salutations, keeping those [sages] in mind.” Rāghava (Rāma), with his brother Lakṣmaṇa, [did so] reverently and with folded hands.
