anena sītā vaidehī bhakṣitā nātra saṃśayaḥ.

He then saw Jatayu fallen on the ground, soaked in blood. Having seen him, who resembled a mountain peak, Rama spoke to Lakshmana: 'There is no doubt that Sita, the princess of Videha, has been devoured by this (creature).'
