अवश्यं तु मया कार्यं प्रियं तस्य महात्मनः ।
जीवितेनापि रामस्य तथा दशरथस्य च ॥२६॥

26. Indeed, I must certainly perform a favor for that great-souled one, even risking my own life, for the sake of both Rama and Dasharatha.
