वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-3, chapter-48, verse-10

पापस्वभावश्चपलः कथं त्वं रक्षसां वर ।
ऐश्वर्यमभिसंप्राप्तो विमानमिव दुष्कृती ॥१०॥
10. pāpasvabhāvaścapalaḥ kathaṃ tvaṃ rakṣasāṃ vara ,
aiśvaryamabhisaṃprāpto vimānamiva duṣkṛtī.

aiśvaryam abhisaṃprāptaḥ vimānam iva duṣkṛtī
10. rakṣasām vara,

duṣkṛtī vimānam iva?
10. O best among the Rākṣasas, how is it that you, who are of wicked nature (pāpasvabhāva) and fickle, have attained sovereignty, just like an evildoer (duṣkṛtin) obtains a celestial chariot (vimāna)?
