वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-2, chapter-82, verse-10

न नूनं दैवतं किं चित् कालेन बलवत्तरम् ।
यत्र दाशरथी रामो भूमावेवं शयीत सः ॥१०॥
10. na nūnaṃ daivataṃ kiṃ cit kālena balavattaram ,
yatra dāśarathī rāmo bhūmāvevaṃ śayīta saḥ.
10. na nūnam daivatam kim cit kālena balavattaram
yatra dāśarathī rāmaḥ bhūmau evam śayīta saḥ
10. nūnam kālena daivatam kim cit balavattaram na

10. Surely, no divine power (daivata) is stronger than Time, in a situation where Rama, the son of Dasaratha, would thus lie on the ground.
