वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-2, chapter-81, verse-4

तदवस्थं तु भरतं शत्रुघ्नो ऽनन्तर स्थितः ।
परिष्वज्य रुरोदोच्चैर्विसंज्ञः शोककर्शितः ॥४॥
4. tadavasthaṃ tu bharataṃ śatrughno'nantara sthitaḥ ,
pariṣvajya rurodoccairvisaṃjñaḥ śokakarśitaḥ.
4. tatavastham tu bharatam śatrughnaḥ anantara sthitaḥ
pariṣvajya ruroda uccaiḥ visaṃjñaḥ śokakarśitaḥ
4. anantara sthitaḥ śatrughnaḥ tu tadavastham bharatam
pariṣvajya visaṃjñaḥ śokakarśitaḥ uccaiḥ ruroda
4. Shatrughna, who was standing right beside Bharata in that state, embraced him and wept loudly, himself bewildered and worn out by sorrow.
