वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-2, chapter-19, verse-7

सत्यः सत्याभिसंधश्च नित्यं सत्यपराक्रमः ।
परलोकभयाद्भीतो निर्भयो ऽस्तु पिता मम ॥७॥
7. satyaḥ satyābhisaṃdhaśca nityaṃ satyaparākramaḥ ,
paralokabhayādbhīto nirbhayo'stu pitā mama.
7. satyaḥ satyābhisandhaḥ ca nityam satyaparākramaḥ
paralokabhayāt bhītaḥ nirbhayaḥ astu pitā mama
7. mama pitā satyaḥ satyābhisandhaḥ ca nityam satyaparākramaḥ paralokabhayāt bhītaḥ nirbhayaḥ astu.
7. My father is truthful (satyaḥ), steadfast in his promises (satyābhisandha), and always (nityam) possesses true valor (satyaparākrama). May he, who is fearful of the afterlife (paraloka), become fearless (nirbhayaḥ).
