वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-1, chapter-8, verse-3

स निश्चितां मतिं कृत्वा यष्टव्यमिति बुद्धिमान् ।
मन्त्रिभिः सह धर्मात्मा सर्वैरेव कृतात्मभिः ॥३॥
3. sa niścitāṃ matiṃ kṛtvā yaṣṭavyamiti buddhimān ,
mantribhiḥ saha dharmātmā sarvaireva kṛtātmabhiḥ.
3. saḥ niścitām matim kṛtvā yaṣṭavyam iti buddhimān
mantribhiḥ saha dharmātmā sarvaiḥ eva kṛtātmabhiḥ
3. saḥ buddhimān dharmātmā 'yaṣṭavyam' iti niścitām
matim kṛtvā sarvaiḥ eva kṛtātmabhiḥ mantribhiḥ saha
3. That intelligent and righteous-souled one (dharma-ātman), having made the firm resolve, "A Vedic ritual (yajña) must be performed," then (consulted) with all his ministers, whose minds were disciplined.
