वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-1, chapter-57, verse-11

एको हि राजा काकुत्स्थ जगाम परमात्मवान् ।
दह्यमानो दिवारात्रं विश्वामित्रं तपोधनम् ॥११॥
11. eko hi rājā kākutstha jagāma paramātmavān ,
dahyamāno divārātraṃ viśvāmitraṃ tapodhanam.

11. Indeed, O scion of Kakutstha (kākutstha), only one king, endowed with a noble spirit (paramātman), went, tormented day and night, to Viśvāmitra, whose treasure was asceticism (tapas).
