वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-1, chapter-40, verse-24

तच्छ्रुत्वा घोरसंकाशं वाक्यमंशुमतो नृपः ।
यज्ञं निर्वर्तयामास यथाकल्पं यथाविधि ॥२४॥
24. tacchrutvā ghorasaṃkāśaṃ vākyamaṃśumato nṛpaḥ ,
yajñaṃ nirvartayāmāsa yathākalpaṃ yathāvidhi.
24. tat śrutvā ghora-saṃkāśam vākyam aṃśumataḥ nṛpaḥ
yajñam nirvartayām āsa yathā-kalpam yathā-vidhi
24. nṛpaḥ,
aṃśumataḥ ghora-saṃkāśam tat vākyam śrutvā,
yajñam yathā-kalpam yathā-vidhi nirvartayām āsa.
24. Upon hearing that terrifying message from Aṃśumān, the king completed the (yajña) sacrifice in accordance with the prescribed rituals and procedures.
