बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-97, verse-9

श्रेष्ठं जगद्धितायेदं मैत्रेयाय द्विजन्मने ।
ततः प्रचरितं पृथ्व्यामादृतं सादरं जनैः ॥९॥
9. śreṣṭhaṃ jagaddhitāyedaṃ maitreyāya dvijanmane .
tataḥ pracaritaṃ pṛthvyāmādṛtaṃ sādaraṃ janaiḥ.
9. śreṣṭham jagat hitāya idam maitreyāya dvijanmane
| tataḥ pracaritam pṛthvyām ādṛtam sādaram janaiḥ
9. This supreme treatise, for the benefit of the world, was imparted to Maitreya, the twice-born (dvijanman). Thereafter, it spread across the Earth and was respectfully received by people.
