बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-97, verse-2

ततो मया यथा ज्ञातं तुभ्यमुक्तं तथा द्विज ।
नासूयकाय दातव्यं परनिन्दारताय वा ॥२॥
2. tato mayā yathā jñātaṃ tubhyamuktaṃ tathā dvija .
nāsūyakāya dātavyaṃ paranindāratāya vā.

dvija na asūyakāya dātavyam paranindāratāya vā
2. Therefore, O twice-born (dvija), I have spoken to you what I have understood, exactly as it was known. This knowledge should not be given to an envious person or to one who is devoted to slandering others.
