मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-127, verse-20

राजोवाच ।
महापराधे नियतं मरुत्तः क्रोधमागतः ।
दुर्निर्वर्त्यमहं मन्ये तस्य क्रोधं सुतस्य ते ॥२०॥
20. rājovāca .
mahāparādhe niyataṃ maruttaḥ krodhamāgataḥ .
durnirvartyamahaṃ manye tasya krodhaṃ sutasya te.
20. rājā uvāca mahāparādhe niyatam maruttaḥ krodham āgataḥ
durnirvartyam aham manye tasya krodham sutasya te
20. The King said: "Marutta is certainly enraged by a great offense. I believe that anger of your son is difficult to appease."
