मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-127, verse-18

ये मां शरणमापन्नास्ते त्वां शरणमागताः ।
अपृथग्धर्मचरणा याताहं शरणं तव ॥१८॥
18. ye māṃ śaraṇamāpannāste tvāṃ śaraṇamāgatāḥ .
apṛthagdharmacaraṇā yātāhaṃ śaraṇaṃ tava.
18. ye mām śaraṇam āpannāḥ te tvām śaraṇam āgatāḥ
apṛthagdharmacaraṇā yātā aham śaraṇam tava
18. Those who sought refuge in me have now come to you for protection. Since their conduct of natural law (dharma) is not separate from mine, I too have resorted to your protection.
