महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-62, verse-5

युद्धकाले पुनः प्राप्ते तदैव भवता यदि ।
निवर्तिताः स्युः संरब्धा न त्वां व्यसनमाव्रजेत् ॥५॥
5. yuddhakāle punaḥ prāpte tadaiva bhavatā yadi ,
nivartitāḥ syuḥ saṁrabdhā na tvāṁ vyasanamāvrajet.

5. Moreover, if at the very time the war (yuddhakāla) had arrived, those enraged ones had been restrained by you, this misfortune would not have befallen you.
