महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-190, verse-4

द्रुपद उवाच ।
कन्या ममेयं संप्राप्ता यौवनं शोकवर्धिनी ।
मया प्रच्छादिता चेयं वचनाच्छूलपाणिनः ॥४॥
4. drupada uvāca ,
kanyā mameyaṁ saṁprāptā yauvanaṁ śokavardhinī ,
mayā pracchāditā ceyaṁ vacanācchūlapāṇinaḥ.
4. drupadaḥ uvāca kanyā mama iyam saṃprāptā yauvanam
śokavardhinī mayā pracchāditā ca iyam vacanāt śūlapāṇinaḥ
4. drupadaḥ uvāca "iyam mama kanyā saṃprāptā yauvanam śokavardhinī (asti).
ca iyam mayā śūlapāṇinaḥ vacanāt pracchāditā.

4. Drupada said, "My daughter has attained youth, which increases my sorrow. And I have concealed her at the command of Shiva (śūlapāṇin)."
