महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-110, verse-11

शनैः साधु भवान्यातु ब्रह्महत्यामनुस्मरन् ।
न दृश्यते रविस्तात न दिशो न च खं खग ॥११॥
11. śanaiḥ sādhu bhavānyātu brahmahatyāmanusmaran ,
na dṛśyate ravistāta na diśo na ca khaṁ khaga.
11. śanaiḥ sādhu bhavān yātu brahmahatyām anusmaran
na dṛśyate raviḥ tāta na diśaḥ na ca kham khaga
11. O dear one, you should indeed go slowly, remembering the (sin of) killing a Brahmin (brahmahatyā). O bird, neither the sun nor the directions nor the sky are visible.
