महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-74, verse-23

स्वैरवृत्ता यथाकाममनुरूपमिवात्मनः ।
श्रुत्वैव चैवं त्वरितो भाङ्गस्वरिरुपस्थितः ॥२३॥
23. svairavṛttā yathākāmamanurūpamivātmanaḥ ,
śrutvaiva caivaṁ tvarito bhāṅgasvarirupasthitaḥ.
23. svairavṛttā yathākāmam anurūpam iva ātmanaḥ śrutvā
eva ca evam tvaritaḥ bhāṅgasvariḥ upasthitaḥ
23. And having heard this—that she would act freely, according to her own desire, as if it were truly befitting her own nature (ātman)—Bhāṅgasvari quickly arrived.
