महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-279, verse-15

मार्कण्डेय उवाच ।
ततः सर्वान्समानीय द्विजानाश्रमवासिनः ।
यथाविधि समुद्वाहं कारयामासतुर्नृपौ ॥१५॥
15. mārkaṇḍeya uvāca ,
tataḥ sarvānsamānīya dvijānāśramavāsinaḥ ,
yathāvidhi samudvāhaṁ kārayāmāsaturnṛpau.
15. mārkaṇḍeyaḥ uvāca tataḥ sarvān samānīya dvijān
āśramavāsinaḥ yathāvidhi samudvāham kārayāmāsatuḥ nṛpau
15. Mārkaṇḍeya said: Then, having assembled all the Brahmins (dvija) residing in the hermitage (āśrama), the two kings arranged the marriage according to the proper ritual.
