महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-279, verse-13

द्युमत्सेन उवाच ।
पूर्वमेवाभिलषितः संबन्धो मे त्वया सह ।
भ्रष्टराज्यस्त्वहमिति तत एतद्विचारितम् ॥१३॥

13. dyumatsena uvāca ,
pūrvamevābhilaṣitaḥ saṁbandho me tvayā saha ,
bhraṣṭarājyastvahamiti tata etadvicāritam.

13. dyumatsenaḥ uvāca | pūrvam eva abhilaṣitaḥ sambandhaḥ me
tvayā saha | bhraṣṭa-rājyaḥ tu aham iti tataḥ etat vicāritam

13. Dyumatsena said: "Indeed, a relationship with you was desired by me even before. However, since I am one who has lost his kingdom, it was from that perspective that this matter was considered."
