महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-253, verse-4

क्षिप्रं निवर्तध्वमलं मृगैर्नो मनो हि मे दूयति दह्यते च ।
बुद्धिं समाच्छाद्य च मे समन्युरुद्धूयते प्राणपतिः शरीरे ॥४॥
4. kṣipraṁ nivartadhvamalaṁ mṛgairno; mano hi me dūyati dahyate ca ,
buddhiṁ samācchādya ca me samanyu;ruddhūyate prāṇapatiḥ śarīre.
4. kṣipram nivartadhvam alam mṛgaiḥ
naḥ manaḥ hi me dūyati dahyate
ca buddhim samācchādya ca me
samanyuḥ uddhūyate prāṇapatiḥ śarīre
4. Quickly, turn back! Enough of these deer for us! Indeed, my mind (manas) is pained and burns. And my life-lord (prāṇapati), full of anger (manyu), is agitated within my body, covering my intellect.
